ANXIETY OR FEAR ATTACKS
Anxiety disorders are a kind of mental health problems that make it hard to get through your days. They stem from fear and worry of difficult situations like making big decisions or doing something that may be judged. Any situation that can be feared usually results in anxiety and panic attacks.
Anxiety disorders are not like normal anxiety that everyone goes through occasionally. Rather, they are just a step ahead of slight fear or worry. Anxiety disorders come from an overreaction and an overburden of emotions to situations where you give an involuntary response.
Another form of anxiety disorder is social anxiety where socially anxious people have several triggers in public. Certain situations that seem dangerous or worrisome will make them anxious and then possibly result in a panic attack.
There is no permanent solution to anxiety disorders. However, it is possible to seek help so that you can cope better with your anxiety. Additionally, antidepressants help you control your attacks.
Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders
Even though there is no exact cause of anxiety disorders as it varies for everyone, the general causes include environmental stress, alterations in the brain and other disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). A change in normal living or anything that relates to a former trauma can be the cause of severe anxiety disorder attacks.
