Anxiety / Panic Attacks
It is common for most people to be anxious sometimes. Many things can give you anxiety, most everyday occurrences like taking tests, making big decisions, or giving an interview. An anxiety attack is something similar, it is when anxiety encompasses a being and makes it hard for them to function normally in their everyday life.
There are no determined causes of anxiety disorders. Instead, it is believed that post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and general stress play a major role in the ongoings of anxiety disorders.
Panic attacks are another sort of anxiety disorder that comes in the form of sudden and persistent fear. Anything can trigger this fear and the consequences remain for a substantial time. To help control and handle these attacks, antidepressants and counseling are the way to go.

Most people believe that anxiety disorders come from weakness or a weak genetic background, however, that is not true. Anxiety disorders are thought to be caused by factors like environmental stress, tension, and changes in brain chemistry.

Additionally, it is believed that past trauma is the main cause of anxiety disorder, and that old memory and new situations can possibly trigger a fearful response.
