Anxiety / Panic Attacks
Everyone is thought to be a victim of anxiety, no matter how small it may be. We all suffer from anxiety in one way or the other. Similarly, we all have different reasons for being anxious, different methods to control it and different solutions for it.
However, it is different for people diagnosed with anxiety disorder. Their anxiety is more severe and is linked with panic attacks. A panic attack comes after overwhelming anxiety where nothing but panic and anguish remains in the conscious.
It is difficult to go on with your day normally with an anxiety disorder. There are plenty of possible situations that could alarm the brain and take you into a panic attack. A panic attack empties the mind of everything but fear and takes away any energy to solve the issue.
Social anxiety is another form where socially anxious people are afraid of specific situations in public and would suffer from a panic attack if one of those situations were to happen.
It is safe to say that there is no permanent solution to anxiety and panic attacks, but for momentary aid, antidepressants are the way to go, along with counselling. However, you will need to be vigilant as addiction is a huge possibility.
