Coronavirus Anxiety & Depression

Understandably most of us in the world are really scared right now. The Coronavirus pandemic  is sweeping the planet and we are all afraid and anxious for our health and the health of our loved ones. Along with trying to stay alive we are also dealing with trying to make rent or mortgage and support our families. As parents, we have to juggle work (if we are lucky to be able to work from home) with homeschooling our children. For the younger children, we have to provide 24/7 childcare while keeping up with our jobs. Above all, we have to stay isolated. This is sparking a lot of  lonliness and depression.

Our goal is to help you, your friend or family member achieve and maintain the best state of well-being. Social distancing is not an issue! Online, affordable services make our therapy more accessible to everyone in need. Contact us today to discuss how we may be able to help you.
